Royal experts have recently criticized Prince Harry for his inability to be flexible, a trait that has reportedly cost him tens of millions of dollars. This issue was highlighted by royal commentator and expert Daniela Elser in one of her latest pieces for News.com.au.
In her analysis of the similarities between Prince Harry and Prince Andrew, Ms. Elser stated, “Andrew and Harry, spare one and spare two, got very similar deals.” She pointed out that, “The Sussexes, right this very minute, could be enjoying the benefits of their royal connections.”
“They wouldn’t have had to sign on with Netflix in September 2020 to create ‘content that informs but also gives hope’ and which they promised would ‘unlock action,’ only to end up making lifestyle programming about horses and jam.”
“In an alternate scenario, the Duke and Duchess would not have had to join a speakers agency to theoretically earn money inspiring middle management in Radisson ballrooms, sign on with Spotify, embarrassingly part ways with Spotify, or find their own means to cover the estimated $6.6 million in living costs they now face.”
Ms. Elser concluded, “You have to give it to Harry and Meghan: They really can stick to their principles even when those same principles cost them tens of millions of dollars.”
